Uttar Pradesh / Gang rape with minor sister by taking brother at gun point, threatened by making video

In Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district, a case of gang-rape of a minor girl by four youths has come to light by taking an innocent brother at gun point. During this, the accused have also captured the video of the incident in their mobile and threatened to make the video viral if the victim opens her mouth.

On receiving the complaint, the police registered a case in this case and started investigation by sending the victim for medical examination.

Actually, the case is of a village under Fugana police station area, where a 12-year-old innocent brother was gang-raped by four neighboring youths at gunpoint late on Friday night, alternately with his 15-year-old minor sister.

The accused have also captured the video of the gangrape with the minor in their mobile and threatened to kill the victim if she opens her mouth.

Let us tell you that the accused committed the gang-rape incident when the parents of the gang-rape victim had gone out in some of their relatives.

However, on the arrival of the relatives, the victim girl informed her family about the incident that happened to her.

The victim's family reached the police station and filed a complaint against the four accused and demanded legal action.

In this case, the police has also started an effort to arrest the accused by immediately sending the gangrape victim for medical and registering a case against the four accused in serious sections in the case.
