IND vs NZ / Gautam Gambhir gave hints for his favourate team between India and New Zealand in WTC Final

IND vs NZ | The wait for the final of the World Test Championship is about to end. Everyone's eyes are on the final match to be played between India and New Zealand. Many former cricketers have made their predictions about the final of the WTC. Now the name of former India opener Gautam Gambhir has also been added to this episode. Gambhir believes that New Zealand's team will have the upper hand in the final. Gambhir said that the Kiwi team will get the benefit of the two-match Test series against England.

Talking on the show Aaj Tak, Gambhir said, “It is a bit difficult to decide the favorite for a final match. But, I think New Zealand will have a slight advantage as they have played two Test matches in England and most importantly they have won both. No matter how many intra squad matches you play, there is no substitute for match practice. In such a situation, the New Zealand team is better prepared for the final of the World Test Championship.

The Indian team has announced the playing XI for the WTC Finals. The team has preferred Ishant Sharma's experience and Mohammad Siraj has not been included in the playing XI. Hanuma Vihari has also failed to make his place in the last eleven. The Indian team has reposed faith in the spin duo of Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin. The WTC final between India and New Zealand is to be played from June 18 to 22 at the Aegis Bowl ground in Southampton.
