The fitment factor decides the basic salary for all central government employees. This time around, if there is a possible increase in the fitment factor, the minimum basic pay will increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000. That is, the government employees will get a direct increase of Rs 8000 in the basic salary. Let us tell you that the fitment factor plays an important role in the salary received by the employees. Fitment factor will give big benefits

According to the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, the salary of the central employees is decided by their basic salary and fitment factor in addition to the allowances.
