Rs 18,168 will be extra

Talking about Level 14 employees, the GP for central employees is Rs 10,000. With this, the basic salary will start from Rs 1,44,200. At the same time, including DA and TA money in it will be around Rs 70,788. At the same time, if compared with the old dearness allowance, then according to this, you will get about 6056 rupees more. On the other hand, if we talk about arrears of 3 months, then the entire amount will be Rs 18,168.

Travel allowance is divided into 3 categories

Talking about travel allowance, it is divided into 3 parts. It is divided according to cities and towns. The first category - Higher Transport Allowance is for the city and other cities have been kept in the category of others.

Labor bureau does the calculation

Apart from you, the calculation of dearness allowance of the employees is done every month by the Labor Bureau. The Labor Bureau is part of the Ministry of Labour. Last year in July 2022, DA hike of 4 percent was done. Now once again 4 percent has been increased. From the CPI-IW data released on January 31, 2023, it was decided that there would be an increase of 4.23 percent in the dearness allowance. But, it is done in round figure, so it has been done at 4 percent.
