Rajasthan Weather Update / Hail fell with rain in Rajasthan, alert in 20 districts, fear of lightning

Rajasthan Weather Update : In Rajasthan, it rained in 5 districts including Jaipur. Hail fell in Nagaur and Bundi. After the rain, the temperature has dropped by 13.5 degree Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain with thunderstorm in 20 districts of the state in the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of hailstorm with lightning in four districts.


It was cloudy in many districts of the state since Sunday morning. Hail fell with rain in Bundi in the morning. It rained heavily in Tonk and Ladnun. It rained heavily in Jaipur at 1.30 pm. During this the wind also blew. Intermittent rain continued.


40 to 50 km in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Nagaur, Churu, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Dausa, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Tonk, Bundi, Kota, Dhaulpur, Karauli, Baran, Pali, Alwar, Sawai Madhopur according to Jaipur Meteorological Centre. There is a possibility of rain with wind blowing at an hourly speed. Along with this, there may be hailstorm along with lightning in Churu, Bundi, Sawai Madhopur and Tonk.


Rain, hail fell in Tonk's Niwai and Bundi

Suddenly the weather changed in Niwai of Tonk on Sunday morning. The strong wind started in the morning itself. Due to this the weather of the region became cold. It rained heavily in the city at around 11.30 am. At the same time, there was hailstorm along with rain in Bundi.


It rained heavily for half an hour in Ladnun

It rained in Ladnun too for about half an hour. After the rain, the bus stand was filled with water. Light rain started at around 10.45. Which took about half an hour.


River started flowing on the roads of Jaisalmer

Whereas, Jaisalmer received maximum rainfall on Saturday. In Jaisalmer city, it started raining with strong wind at 7 pm on Saturday. After this, stormy rains filled the place with water. According to the Meteorological Department, 2.5 inches (59 mm) of rain was recorded in the city. Many areas were waterlogged due to the rain. Water entered the shops and the river started flowing on the streets.


Hail fell in Nagaur

The rainy season started in Nagaur at around 5 pm on Saturday evening with the reversal of the weather. It rained intermittently till late night. Hail also fell in Deh and surrounding villages of the district. Common roads and fields were filled with water at many places. In Jayal area, the sheet of hail spread on the fields and the road.


Rajasthan has two different systems

According to the scientists of the Indian Meteorological Center, continuous weather changes are taking place due to the formation of two cyclonic systems around Rajasthan. The first system in this is built in Pakistan near Rajasthan. While the second system is in southern Rajasthan bordering MP Gujarat. Because of which moisture is getting from the Arabian Sea. In such a situation, its effect will be seen for the next 48 hours.


Because of which there is a possibility of hailstorm along with strong storm and rain. The minimum temperature is likely to remain below normal as thunderstorm activity continues in the second week of May. While there may be a reduction in rain activities during the third and fourth week. After this, the temperature is likely to increase and the maximum temperature will be around the average.


Temperature dropped to 13 degrees

After the rains in the last 24 hours in Rajasthan, the process of drop in temperature has also started. In the state's Chittorgarh and Kota, where the maximum temperature has fallen by 13.5 degree Celsius. Whereas 12.7 in Sriganganagar, 12.1 in Udaipur, 10.3 in Bhilwara, 10.1 in Jaisalmer, 9.4 in Phalodi, 9.3 in Barmer, 8.8 in Jaipur, 8.1 in Pilani, 8 in Sikar, 7.9 in Jodhpur, 7.5 in Bikaner, 6.6 in Churu, Alwar There has been a drop in temperature of 5.1 degrees in Ajmer and 3.1 degrees in Ajmer. After which the highest temperature of 36.8 degree maximum and the lowest of 16.3 degree minimum temperature has been recorded in Sirohi in the state.
