The Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police made these allegations in a supplementary charge sheet filed before Additional Sessions Judge Shailendra Malik. The court can take a decision on Tuesday about taking cognizance of the charge sheet. Actress Fernandez has not been named as an accused in the case. Fernandez also appeared before the court. He is an accused in the money laundering probe in the case.
