Bollywood Desk: Vicky Kaushal recently visited the Uri Base Camp in Kashmir after he received an invitation. Sharing some lovely pictures from his visit, the actor shared a heartfelt post with his fans.

Dressed in a white tee, olive green pants and jacket, Vicky looked dashing as ever as he made his presence felt at Uri Base Camp. The actor can also be seen addressing the crown gathered there to see him.

Along with the lovely pictures, he penned a heartfelt post that read, ‘My heartfelt thanks to the Indian Army for inviting me to the Uri Base Camp, Kashmir. Thank You for giving me an opportunity to spend a lovely day with the locals who were so full of warmth and amazingly talented. It is the biggest honour for me to be in company of our great armed forces. Thank You. Jai Hind!’

No sooner did he share the post, comments from his fans started flooding in. ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ director Aditya Dhar also took to the comment section and wrote, ‘Brings back so many memories!!’

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vicky will next be seen in Udham Singh biopic. Apart from that he also has Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Manekshaw’s biopic.

Vicky will also star in ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’. The first look of the movie has already raised the excitement levels amongst the fans. He also has Karan Johar’s period drama, ‘Takht’.
