Indigo Airlines: The video of an in-flight argument between an air hostess and passenger of Indigo airline is becoming increasingly viral. It can be seen in the video that there is a fierce debate between the two. This video has been made by another passenger traveling in the same flight, which he has shared on Twitter. According to the person who shared the video, the incident took place over the food served on the Istanbul-Delhi flight of the airline. During the argument with the passenger, the air hostess is saying, "I am an employee of IndiGo airline, I am not your servant."

It can be seen in the video that the air hostess is sitting on the floor talking to the passenger. Passenger is not visible in the video. Crew member saying, "You pointed a finger at me and you're yelling at me. My crew is crying because of you, please understand there's a car, the counters are up. We can do what you want." He can always serve." During this, the passenger yells, "Why are you yelling", then the crew member says, "Because you're yelling at us."

Indigo airline's response to the incident

It is being told that this incident took place on December 16 in the Delhi-bound Istanbul flight. Reacting to the incident, Indigo airline said that the passenger displayed rude behavior on the flight and insulted an air hostess, following which the crew leadership had to intervene. In a statement, the airline said they are investigating the incident.

Jet Airways CEO tweets in support of crew member

Speaking in support of the crew member, Jet Airways CEO Sanjeev Kapoor said that they are also human beings. Sharing the clip on Twitter, he wrote, "As I said earlier, crew are human too. It must have taken a lot to bring him to breaking point. Over the years I have seen crew slapping and abusing in flight , called 'servant' and worse. Hope he is okay despite the pressure."
