Broke the world record and won gold

In the team event of men's 10 meter air rifle, the three shooters of India - Divyansh Singh Pawar, Rudranksh Balasaheb and Aishwarya Tomar, broke the world record with the combined score. Together these three added 1893.7 points, which is a world record. Earlier this record was of 1893.3 points, which was made by China. Among the three Indian shooters, Rudrankash Patil scored the highest score of 632.5 points. Apart from them, Aishwarya Tomar scored 631.6 points while Divyansh Pawar scored 629.6 points.

India got another bronze in rowing

After winning gold along with world record in shooting, India also won a bronze medal on the second day. India got this bronze medal in rowing. Here, in the final of the Men's Four event, Jaswinder, Bhim, Punit and Ashish won the bronze medal for India with a time of 6:10.81.
