Career of Jhulan Goswami: Jhulan Goswami, popularly known as Chakda Express, is the fastest bowler and highest wicket-taker in the world. Jhulan, who made her international debut on 6 January 2002, has taken 355 wickets in 284 matches in a career spanning 19 years. She holds the record for most wickets in the Women's World Cup. He has taken 43 wickets in 34 World Cup matches. She has taken 4 wickets twice in the World Cup. Jhulan has also scored 1924 runs in his international career. It also includes 3 fifties.

Batting first in Jhulan Goswami's last match, India scored 169 runs in 45.4 overs, in reply England could only manage 153 runs in 43.4 overs.  Jhulan (39 years) has retired from international cricket after the end of the ODI series against England. The Indian team gave a grand farewell to this legendary fast bowler by doing a clean sweep in this series. Jhulan made his debut for India in 2002. He played 12 Tests, 204 ODIs and 68 T20 Internationals in his career. In all these together he took 355 wickets.

Jhulan has featured in five ODI World Cups (2005, 2009, 2013, 2017 and 2022) in her career and is the highest wicket-taker in the Women's World Cup. She is the only fast bowler to take more than 250 ODI wickets in women's cricket.
