After this announcement, the Delhi government has swiftly swung into action regarding the services department. Services Department Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj has removed Ashish More from the post of Delhi Services Secretary. This decision of the Delhi government is being said to be very important. The government will now move the officers of other departments as well, so that it can appoint officers of its choice on the posts. Till now it was not possible for the government without the consent of the Lieutenant Governor.

Today the Supreme Court gave a big decision

Earlier, on the dispute over the right of transfer-posting of officers in Delhi, the Supreme Court, while giving a verdict in favor of the Delhi government, said that Delhi government will have the right of posting and transfer of officers. CJI Chandrachud said that the elected government should get the powers to run the administration, otherwise it is a big loss to the federal structure. Officers who are deputed for their duty should listen to the ministers. If this does not happen then it is a big flaw in the system. He should have the administrative system in the elected government.
