IPL 2022 | New Zealand all-rounder Kyle Jameson is not sure about his return to the IPL. Jameson was bought by Virat Kohli's team Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 14 crore, but he could not perform well in the 14th season of IPL. However, Bangalore released Jameson even before the IPL 2022 Mega Auction. When the Kiwi all-rounder was asked about the upcoming season of the league, he said that he will take a call on his participation in the coming days as it is not easy to be in the bio-bubble.

"I think it would be nice that people believe that you have certain skills and that you contribute to the team in every way possible," Jameson said at an event. As cricketers, that is what we are trying to do. Win cricket and if people think you can help them, that's good for me. No one could have imagined what I have seen in the last two years and you don't know if it will happen again. So I just want to focus on my next series.

Jamieson believes that a lot of work is needed to reach the top in white ball cricket. He did not play all the matches during the IPL and was not a part of New Zealand's playing XI during the ICC T20 World Cup as well. “There is still a long way to go,” he said. Nothing is really guaranteed with what is happening, but I think with cricket going forward, I will have to step up my game.
