Ninety-five Lok Sabha seats across 11 states began voting at 7 am in the second phase of the 2019 general elections on Thursday with long queues seen outside polling booths at several places and Prime Minister Modi urging voters to go out and vote. PM Modi, who had issued a similar appeal in first phase too, tweeted on Thursday: “Dear Citizens of India, Phase 2 of the Lok Sabha polls start today.
