Karnataka | A shocking incident has come to light in Bangalore. Where, a man allegedly killed his wife after she was denied sex. After the murder, the man threw the body in the ditch of Shirdi Ghat to dispose of it. Surprisingly, he also reached the police station to make up the story and lodged a missing complaint of his wife.

According to a Times of India (TOI) report, the man hails from Bihar and used to work as an electrician in Bengaluru. The accused has been identified as Prithvi Raj Singh. The accused had married Jyoti Kumari nine months back. The accused told the police during interrogation that he was angry with his wife as she had given wrong information about his age at the time of marriage.

He told the police that his wife called him rude and never agreed to a physical relationship. The accused further told the police that the wife had told her family that her age was 28 years. Later it was found that she is 10 years older than me and her age was 38 years. She never consented to sex and humiliated me and my parents by calling them uncivilized animals.

Had also called a friend from Bihar

He further told the police that he got angry and decided to kill Jyoti. After which he called his friend Sameer Kumar from Bihar to kill his wife. On August 3, the two went to Udapi, where they strangled Jyoti to death and later dumped her body. The day after the incident, he lodged a missing complaint with the police.

Missing complaint lodged with police after killing

According to the report, the accused had told in the complaint given to the police that Jyoti used to leave the house many times and later came back on her own, but this time her mobile phone is switched off and he is unable to trace her. In fact, the police got suspicious when they questioned Singh during the investigation. After this, the police arrested Singh and then he kept the whole pole of the incident open. Police also recovered the mutilated body from the ditch and sent it for post-mortem.
