A Twitter user who goes by the user name @LowKashWala posted on the microblogging site and told that he got the wrong product from Myntra. He ordered football stockings for himself, but on October 12 received a black bra from a brand called Triumph.

Myntra refuses to replace

What is even more shocking is that the company has refused to replace the product. When he contacted customer support, he replied saying, 'Sorry, we can't change'. In a tweet, he shared a photo of the product he received along with his complaint and Myntra's response.

He wrote, 'Ordered football stockings. Found Triumph Bra. Myntra's response? "Sorry, it can't be replaced" So I'm going to wear a 34cc bra to play football, guys."

His tweet has become increasingly viral. Several aggrieved customers also shared similar experiences and pulled up e-commerce sites for such negligence. One user jokingly said, 'I am thinking of the girl with whom the exchange must have happened.' Another said, 'Cut it in half and use it as a knee cap.'
