Congress MLA Girraj Singh Malinga surrendered in Jaipur on Wednesday in connection with the assault on AEN Harshdapati of Discom in Dholpur's Bari. At around 12 noon, Malinga had gone to meet Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot along with minister Rajendra Gudha. After that, after surrendering in front of Jaipur Commissioner Anand Srivastava, Malinga said – I have surrendered on the orders of the Chief Minister. Malinga had earlier gone to CMR (Chief Minister Residence). After that reached Jaipur Commissioner's office. The police has left for Dholpur with Malinga. They will be handed over to Dholpur Police.
