Bollywood / Model accuses 9 including actor Jackky Bhagnani of rape, FIR registered

In Mumbai, a model has filed a case of molestation, rape and sexual exploitation at Bandra Police Station against 9 people including famous Bollywood photographer. Accused photographer Colston Julian is a well-known commercial photographer. The police is investigating the matter.

Based on the complaint of the model, the Mumbai Police has registered a case under sections 376, 354 of the IPC. Apart from photographer Colston Julian, the name of actor Jackie Bhagnani and founder of an entertainment company Anirban have also been named as accused in the case.

Many big names are involved in the case registered on the model's Tahrir at Bandra Police Station. Now the police is investigating this whole matter. Due to which all the people made accused can be interrogated and their arrest is also possible.

The 28-year-old model alleged in the FIR that between 2014 and 2019, the accused physically assaulted her on several occasions in the name of getting her roles in films. Due to this, he has also suffered mental trauma. She had come to Mumbai for acting, after which all these incidents happened. The victim has worked in many places in the industry.

In the FIR, 9 people have been charged under sections 376 (n) and 354 of IPC. Apart from famous photographer Colston Julian, the names of Anirban Blaho, Nikhil Kamto, Sheel Gupta, Ajit Thakur, actors Jackie Bhagnani, Gurujyot Singh, Krishna Kumar and Vishnu Indurik are the owners of an entertainment company.

The 28-year-old model told in the FIR lodged at the Bandra police station that she had come to Mumbai in the year 2014. She had met all the accused persons on different occasions. It is alleged that Colston Julian raped her. While the other accused named in the FIR are accused of molesting the victim on various occasions.
