Dausa Kotwali Thanaprabhari Lal Singh told that Rajesh, who was a victim of murder, was addicted to alcohol. He used to get intoxicated with alcohol the next day and quarrel in the house. Also came home after drinking alcohol on Sunday night. He quarreled after coming home. During this time, he started abusing his wife and daughter. Seeing the father being abusive with his sister and mother in this way, his minor son got into a tizzy. On this, he attacked his father with a stick due to which he died on the spot.

During interrogation, both confessed to the crime. Police came to know about the crime on Monday morning. After that the police reached the spot and gathered evidence from there. Police questioned Rajesh's wife Vimala and minor son on the basis of initial suspicion. Both of them confessed to the crime during interrogation. The police then arrested Vimala Bairwa, the wife of the deceased. At the same time his minor son was arrested.
