The hearing of this petition is going to be held tomorrow. The hearing will be done by a bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice JB Pardiwala. In her latest petition, Nupur Sharma has also cited new threats and her criticism. He has said that he is getting repeated threats of rape and murder. In the petition filed by Nupur Sharma earlier in the Supreme Court, she had also told fear of life. Along with this, nine FIRs registered in different parts of the country were requested to be heard at one place. Then the Supreme Court had strongly reprimanded Nupur Sharma.
