New Delhi : The Government of India has condoled the death of Queen Elizabeth II of Britain. Issuing a statement from the Ministry of Home Affairs on Friday, it was informed that the government has announced a day of state mourning in honor of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II on Sunday, 11 September. Please tell that Queen Elizabeth II died on Thursday night (Indian time).

A statement issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs said that the national flag will be flown at half-mast on all buildings across India on the day of mourning. There will be no official work on this day.
