Pakistan : Amidst the political turmoil in Pakistan, the Supreme Court has given a big decision on the application of the opposition. The Supreme Court has restored the National Assembly of Pakistan. The court has ordered that Imran Khan will have to face a no-confidence motion. The no-confidence motion will be moved again in Parliament on April 9.

The Supreme Court has declared the Deputy Speaker's decision unconstitutional. Voting on the no-confidence motion will be held in the National Assembly at 10 am on Saturday. It is believed that Imran Khan has less numbers. In such a situation, his government may fall.

Let us tell you that before the decision of the Supreme Court, the courtroom was completely locked. Tight security arrangements were made outside the court as well. The Supreme Court has given this big decision amidst tight security. After this Imran Khan has got a big setback.

Let us tell you that the opposition in Pakistan had presented a no-confidence motion against the Imran government. The proposal was rejected by the Deputy Speaker in the National Assembly. Soon after, Imran Khan sent the recommendation of dissolution of Parliament to the President and the President also accepted it.

The Supreme Court had also taken suo motu cognizance of the matter and the opposition filed a petition against the decision of the Deputy Speaker. While hearing the Supreme Court had also said that the step taken by the Deputy Speaker is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court had also summoned the Election Commission. Sources say that the Election Commission had raised its hands to conduct elections within three months.
