Multan. Police have arrested three accused of gang-raping a girl in a train in Pakistan. Of the three arrested, two are general ticket checkers and the third is their in-charge. The police have also confiscated the mobile phones of all three. It is alleged that on May 27, the girl had boarded the Bahuuddin Zakaria Express running between Multan and Karachi without a ticket. The ticket checker took her to the AC coach, where she was gang-raped by three men. During this, an accused also made a video. According to Pakistan's Railway Minister Saad Rafiq, strictest action will be taken in this matter.

According to the report of Dawn newspaper, IG Faisal Sakhkar of Lahore Railway Police told that three accused have been arrested. Faisal said- 'The matter is of May 27. The girl from Karachi had gone to Multan to meet relatives. There was a dispute over something and the girl came to the railway station and sat in the train going to Karachi. The girl had boarded the train without a ticket.

According to IG Faisal Sakhkar- 'The girl did not have a ticket. Meanwhile, two ticket checkers came. He asked the girl to move to the AC compartment from the crowded general coach. When the girl went to the AC compartment, the in-charge of these ticket checkers also came there. All three raped the girl.

According to Railway IG- After landing at Karachi railway station, the girl herself filed a case in this matter. When the investigation was started, the mobile phones of two of the three accused were found switched off. These people were arrested from different locations on Tuesday. The police is also going to conduct a DNA test of the three accused, so that solid evidence can be presented before the court.
