Indian Embassy: Even after getting a humiliation from India recently, Pakistan is not stopping its activities. Despite being defeated and isolated at the international level, Pakistan is continuing its failed attempts to spread its propaganda. The latest example of this was seen in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, where some Pakistanis organized a protest outside the Indian Embassy.Cowardly demonstration and India's measured responseThis demonstration was clearly another failed attempt at provocation. But India responded to it not only with restraint, but also in a very effective and symbolic way. The Indian Embassy in Lisbon put up a big poster of 'Operation Sindoor' on the roof of its building, which read - "Operation Sindoor is not over yet". This message was not only a warning to the Pakistanis, but it also shows that India is fully committed to its security and strategic operations.Symbolism of ‘Operation Sindoor’Operation Sindoor has become a symbol of India’s recent counter-terror operations, indicating that India is no longer working on a policy of defence, but on the principle of retaliation. This poster put up in Lisbon has a simple and clear message—India is now alert and prepared on every front.Strong message from Indian EmbassyThe Indian Embassy also responded to the entire incident on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle. They wrote:
- “The cowardly protest organised by Pakistan near our Chancery building has been responded to firmly with ‘Operation Sindoor’. Thanks to the Portuguese government and its police officials for their cooperation in protecting the Embassy. India will not be intimidated by such provocative steps. Our resolve is firm.”
