Balochistan Blast Case: Pakistan on Saturday accused India's intelligence agency of being involved in two suicide blasts that took place on Friday. Let us tell you that the death toll in this blast has increased to 65. The blast occurred near a mosque in Balochistan's Mastung district, when a attacker detonated explosives strapped to his body near a police vehicle where people were gathering for a procession commemorating the birthday of Prophet Mohammed. Hours later, another blast took place at a mosque in Hangu town of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing at least 5 people.

After these two suicide attacks, Pakistan's Home Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has held India's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) intelligence agency responsible, in which so far 65 people have been killed and 60 others have been injured. The Indian government has not yet given any official statement on Bugti's allegation.

Pakistan's Home Minister accused India

In Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, Pakistan Interior Minister Sarfaraz Bugti claimed that India's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) was involved in the suicide attack. Pakistan minister said, "Civil, military and all other institutions will jointly strike against the elements involved in the Mastung suicide bombing. RAW is involved in the suicide attack." Police filed a report on Saturday to begin investigation, saying they had sent the suicide bomber's DNA for analysis. A total of 60 people were killed and more than 60 others were injured in a massive suicide blast that took place at a place called Mastung near Madina Mosque in Balochistan.

No one has taken responsibility for the explosion

In a second bomb attack targeting a police station mosque in Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, five people were killed and 12 others were injured when the roof of the mosque collapsed under the impact of the blast. On Saturday, Dawn quoted a statement from the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) as saying that an FIR has been registered against an unidentified assailant with charges of murder and terrorism offences.

"No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, however, the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which is responsible for some of the bloodiest attacks in Pakistan, has denied involvement," the report said. The CTD said investigation into the incident is ongoing and no arrests have been made so far. Meanwhile, the caretaker government of Balochistan has declared three days of mourning in the wake of the attack.
