In Sriganganagar district, general petrol has crossed Rs 105 per liter. Petrol prices here are the highest in the country. At the same time, diesel has also crossed the Rs 100 per liter mark in Sriganganagar. In Jaipur too, the prices of petrol and diesel have been recorded again on Monday.

According to Ashutosh Gupta, District President of Sriganganagar District Petrol Pump Dealers Association, the rates of petrol and diesel increased again on May 31 in the district. Petrol has increased by 31 paise and diesel by 28 paise per liter. Due to this, the price of normal petrol has crossed Rs 105. Even at Kaminapura, about 20 km from Sriganganagar, it has been increased to Rs 105 to 46 paise per liter. The price of petrol at the district headquarters is 105 rupees 24 paise per liter. Here the normal diesel is Rs. 98.08 per liter. Premium diesel is Rs. 101. 74 per liter.

According to Gupta, these prices are the highest in the country. The rates of premium petrol are even more than this by about three rupees. The premium petrol in Sriganganagar is 108 rupees 52 paise per liter. Here premium diesel prices have also crossed 100. After Monday's hike, premium diesel prices have gone up to Rs 101, 74 paise per litre.

On the other hand, in the capital Jaipur, on Monday, the increase in the prices of Jaipur petrol-diesel has been recorded. Here, 31 paise has increased on petrol and 29 paise on diesel. After that, now petrol in Jaipur has become 100 rupees 75 paise and diesel 93.95 rupees per liter.
