Pilots found guilty for the first time in this investigation are sent to a specialist doctor, counselor or Deduction Center. After some time it is tested again. The next time he comes negative in the test, he can be allowed to join duty again. Pilots who fail the drug test for the second time also get their licenses canceled for three years.
