PM Modi Bikaner Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the Nal Airbase located in Bikaner district of Rajasthan on Thursday. This visit holds historical and symbolic importance in many respects. The Prime Minister will meet the brave warriors of the Indian Air Force here, who recently foiled Pakistan's drone and missile attacks under 'Operation Sindoor' and once again demonstrated the indomitable capability of the Indian Air Force.

Operation Sindoor: Decisive Strike on Terror

'Operation Sindoor' was a surgical operation carried out by the Indian Air Force on the night of 6-7 May, in which precision strikes were carried out on terrorist bases located in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK). The operation was carried out in response to the terrorist attack that killed 26 innocent people in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April.

Indian missiles destroyed the headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed in Bahawalpur, confirming the death of more than 100 terrorists. After this, Pakistan tried to retaliate on Nal Airbase, which was thwarted by the Indian Air Force through its strong air defense system.

Nal Airbase of strategic importance

Nal Airbase, located just 150 km from the Pakistan border, is a very important center in the security of India's western border. The courage and skill with which the Air Force personnel deployed here thwarted Pakistan's drone and missile attacks reflects the strength of the country's security policies and the commitment of the soldiers.

Modi's Bikaner public meeting: Message of national policy

After Nal Airbase, Prime Minister Modi will worship at the Karni Mata Temple in Deshnok, which is a symbol of power and cultural faith. After this, he will address a huge public meeting in Palna village, which will be his first direct interaction with the public after 'Operation Sindoor'. Through this public meeting, PM Modi will more clearly present India's 'zero tolerance' policy towards terrorism.

Gift of projects worth 26 thousand crores

  • During this visit, Prime Minister Modi will gift projects worth more than Rs 26,000 crore to Bikaner and other states. These include:
  • Redevelopment of Deshnok station under Amrit Bharat Station Yojana and launch of Bikaner-Mumbai Express train.
  • Virtual inauguration of 103 stations, including 8 stations in Rajasthan.
  • 7 road projects worth Rs 4,850 crore, which will strengthen the military infrastructure in border areas.
  • Electrification and inauguration of 6 rail lines including Churu-Sadarpur.
  • 25 projects of Rajasthan government, including solar energy, water supply and nursing college.
India's changing strategy and strong message

This visit of Prime Minister Modi is not limited to military honours or development projects, but it is an indicator of India's new national strategy - an India that does not hesitate to take decisive action against terrorism and gives priority to the progress of the common people along with the protection of the borders.
