Maharashtra Political: Leader of Nationalist Congress Party and Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Ajit Pawar can join hands with BJP to bring political upheaval in Maharashtra politics. Discussion has intensified on the news of Ajit Pawar being with BJP. There is speculation that he may take a decision on this soon. NCP chief Sharad Pawar's nephew Ajit Pawar has dismissed all rumors of joining BJP or changing sides. Recently, in one of his statements, he also denied the talk of meeting Home Minister Amit Shah. However, NCP chief Sharad Pawar's daughter and MP Supriya Sule has given a big statement. Sule said that there would be two big political explosions in the next 15 days. He said, 'One blast will happen in Delhi and the other in Maharashtra.'

Former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said that he is part of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance and is working to strengthen the alliance. In fact, the Supreme Court can disqualify Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and 15 other MLAs of the Shinde faction. The political situation that has developed in such a situation has given rise to new speculations.

Political experts believe that BJP can take help of Ajit Pawar to save its government in Maharashtra. For this, she can also give the post of Chief Minister. BJP knows that if Ajit Pawar is given the post of CM, then maybe he can be ready to join hands. However, in the midst of all these speculations, Ajit Pawar said that the number of independent MLAs supported by the BJP and its support is 115, so even if the 16 MLAs of the Shinde faction are disqualified, the current government will still have 149 MLAs. In such a situation, after the disqualification of 16 MLAs, the number in the 288-member assembly will come down to 272, then 137 MLAs will be needed for the majority, which will be with the ruling coalition.

Leaders of other parties have also given their opinion on the matter of Ajit Pawar changing sides. Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole said, I have full faith that Ajit Pawar will not take any such step. He will remain with the alliance. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that when Sharad Pawar had met party president Uddhav Thackeray, Pawar had made it clear that the NCP would not decide to go with the BJP.

Here, Sharad Pawar said that his family members are being targeted with the help of investigative agencies. In such a situation, the family members can decide their own path. This is the reason that there are talks of his nephew Ajit Pawar joining BJP. However, Sharad Pawar had assured that the NCP would not forge an alliance with the BJP.

It is also being said that BJP is playing 'mind-games' to take advantage of Ajit Pawar's short temper. Supriya Sule refused to say anything about this whole discussion and said that only Ajit Pawar can answer it. Here, the Shinde faction said that if BJP joins hands with the NCP leader, it will be its own decision but the Shinde faction will never forge an alliance with the NCP.
