Hyderabad-like incident has happened in Rajkot, Gujarat. A few days ago a youth was murdered on the middle of the road in Hyderabad. His only fault was that he had married a girl of another religion. Now a similar case has come up in Rajkot. Mithun Thakur, 22, was beaten to death here. His fault too was that he was in love with 18-year-old Sumaiya Kadivar.

According to the information, Mithun Thakur, a native of Bihar, lived in Rajkot and worked in a local factory. He lived in Radha Krishna Society located on Jangleeshwar Main Road. Sumaiya Kadiwar, 18, also lived in the same society. The love affair between the two was going on for the last few months. Love grew between the two and they decided to get married.

Fight happened before death

According to the information, on Monday, Mithun Thakur called Sumaiya. This phone call was picked up by Sakir, brother of Sumaiya. After this there was a lot of quarrel between the two. Shortly after, Sakir reached Mithun's house with three others. After this, everyone together beat Mithun.

Sumaiya also cut his wrist

After the beating, Sakir came out of Mithun's house. When neighbors saw Mithun unconscious, he was admitted to the hospital. Where he died due to brain hemorrhage. When Sumaiya came to know about this, she also tried to commit suicide by slitting her wrist. After this Sumaiya has also been admitted to the hospital.
