MLA Ashish Deshmukh: Former Congress MLA Ashish Deshmukh, who advised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to apologize to OBC society, has been shown the way out by the party and suspended from the primary membership of the party. Apart from this, the party has also issued a show cause notice to Deshmukh. On this matter, Deshmukh says that his advice was in the interest of Congress and Rahul Gandhi. He does not think that the Congress will expel him from the party.

Please tell that Ashish Deshmukh has been making objectionable statements against Congress leaders for a long time. Therefore, the Disciplinary Steering Committee of the Congress has issued a show cause notice to him.

What is the whole matter

For the past few days, former MLA Ashish Deshmukh is in constant discussion about his statements. From Rahul Gandhi to Nana Patole, he targeted everyone and kept his role separate from that of the party. He appealed to Rahul Gandhi to apologize to the OBC community.

Apart from this, when Congress President Nana Patole did not reach the main meeting of Mahavikas Aghadi in Sambhaji Nagar, Deshmukh accused him of taking kiosks from the Shinde government. After continuously giving anti-party role and statements, the disciplinary committee of the Congress had issued him a show cause notice seeking his reply and warned him of expulsion from the party if the reply was not satisfactory.

This period was ending yesterday and till yesterday Deshmukh had not sent his reply to the disciplinary committee. Deshmukh was given a show cause notice and asked to explain within 3 days in a meeting of the Congress Disciplinary Committee headed by former Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chauhan on April 5.
