The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has embarked on a significant administrative transformation by deciding to adopt the management framework of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. This decision was formalized during a high-level meeting on Monday, where the Trust established a three-member high-power committee to oversee the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This strategic move follows recent allegations of financial irregularities and the theft of offerings at the Ram Mandir, necessitating a more professional and transparent governance structure.

The newly constituted committee features a blend of judicial wisdom and military discipline. It includes retired Judge Pramod Kohli, retired Lieutenant General Vishnukant, and retired Lieutenant General Suresh Hawade. These individuals have been tasked with the critical responsibility of vetting and selecting candidates who possess the necessary expertise to manage the complex operations of the temple. Their recommendations will be presented to the Trust for final approval, ensuring that the new CEO brings a high level of integrity and administrative prowess to the role.

During the intensive three-hour session, the Trust officially accepted the resignations of General Secretary Champat Rai and member Anil Mishra. The meeting, which began at 3:15 PM and lasted until 6:30 PM, took place at the guest house within the Ram Janmabhoomi complex, a site of immense historical and religious significance.

"Millions of Ram devotees are hurt," Giri stated, acknowledging the gravity of the situation.
