Rishabh Pant Fitness: The Indian cricket team had to face a crushing defeat in the final of the World Test Championship. On the last day, when the wickets of veterans like Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane and Ravindra Jadeja were falling while chasing the target, only one desire was coming out of the hearts of the fans – 'I wish Rishabh Pant was playing'. This wish could not be fulfilled but Rishabh Pant has now posted such a video which will fill Team India and its fans with hope.

Team India's star wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant, who was badly injured in a road accident five months ago, is making a fast recovery. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru, where he is taking step by step towards getting fit under the supervision of the NCA medical team.

Rishabh Pant gave fitness update

Pant has also been giving updates of his fitness to the fans from time to time through his social media accounts. Rishabh has given one such update through a video. Rishabh Pant, 25, posted a story on his Instagram account, in which he was doing exercises related to his injured knee with the trainer at NCA.

Pant was holding a stick and was doing 'Lunges' with its support. Now the knee itself is hurt the most, so there is bound to be pain in it. That's why he was also seen moaning during exercise.

Not only this, Pant posted another video in which he was seen climbing the stairs. The first part of this had an old clip of Pant, in which he was facing difficulty in climbing the stairs. In the next part, he was seen climbing the stairs without any difficulty. He also wrote along with it that sometimes it is not easy even in simple things.

Pant's surgery will not happen again

Recently in a report it was claimed that Rishabh Pant will no longer need any further surgery. At the beginning of the year, he underwent surgery on his right knee at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. It was also told in the report that Pant's recovery is going better and faster than expected. Apparently, seeing the video, it seems that he is on the right track.
