In many countries sex therapy is used to cure patients. In this, a person is hired as the patient's sexual partner. Being a highly controversial method, it is not widely used, but soldiers are given this therapy in Israel. According to the BBC report, in Israel it is available at government expense for soldiers who have been badly injured and need it.

Israeli sex therapist Ronit Aloni has a similar consultation room in Tel Aviv where biological replicas of female genitalia are used for clients and men. He uses it to explain such sick people.

This is where paid surrogate partners teach clients how to form intimate relationships and, ultimately, have sex.

"It is a clinic and does not look like a hotel at all. The walls in that room are decorated with a bed, a CD player, shower arrangements and erotic artwork.

Although critics of this therapy consider it prostitution, it is accepted in Israel to the extent that the government spends it for soldiers who have lost the ability to have sex due to an accident or military operation.

The names of soldiers taking this therapy are not made public, but Mr. A (fictitious name) is considered the first soldier to receive this therapy. The Israeli Ministry of Defense paid him for sex surrogate therapy after an accident 30 years ago. His lower back was paralyzed due to falling from a height.

Mr. A was already married and had children, but his wife did not feel comfortable talking to doctors and doctors about sex, so she enlisted the help of clinics where she was helped through sex therapy.
