Mumbai Indrani Mukherjea, the main accused in the country's most famous murder mystery Sheena Bora murder case, came out of Byculla jail on Friday. He was granted bail by the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The court had ordered bail on a surety of Rs 2 lakh. This amount has to be deposited within two weeks. Indrani Mukerjea is the prime accused in the murder of her daughter Sheena Bora from a previous marriage. The matter was uncovered when the local police found a mutilated body in Raigad district of Maharashtra on May 23, 2012.

After coming out of jail, Indrani Mukerjea said that I am very happy. Seeing the media, Indrani Mukerjea shook her hand and then sat in the car and talked. Indrani did her own makeover by wearing white clothes, a bindi on her forehead and dyeing her hair. Once again she was seen in the same corporate look in which she went to jail. Indrani was arrested in August 2015. Since then Indrani Mukerjea was lodged in the Byculla Women's Prison in Mumbai. Sheena's mother Indrani, her first husband Sanjeev Khanna and second husband Peter Mukerjea were accused in this high profile murder case.

Let us tell you that Sheena Bora was the daughter of Indrani Mukerjea and her first husband, who was strangled to death on April 24 in 2012 and her body was burnt. Later the police found the body but there was no information about it. Later the CBI claimed that it was Sheena's body. In fact, in 2015, Shyamvar Rai, the former driver of Indrani Mukerjea, was arrested by the police for possessing illegal weapons. He had informed the police about Sheena's murder three years ago and Indrani's alleged involvement in the crime.
