China : Amidst the ongoing conflict between America and China, both the countries narrowly escaped the collision of fighter aircraft. Had there been a delay of even a second, the fighter jets of both the countries would have collided with each other and shattered. When both the fighter planes came out in front of each other, the distance between the two was only 6 meters. However, due to the prudence of the pilot of the American aircraft, a major accident was averted.

The speed of both the fighter planes is many times more than the speed of sound. In such a situation, this incident of escaping from a distance of just 6 meters is astonishing. The incident is of 21 December. The J-11 fighter aircraft of the Chinese Army came in front of the RC-135 aircraft of the US Air Force.

The speed of the J-11 aircraft of the Chinese Army is 2500 kilometers per hour. At the same time, the speed of the American RC-135 aircraft is 5500 kilometers per hour, that is, this aircraft covers a distance of 1.5 kilometers in a second. If both the planes had collided at this speed, a terrible accident would have happened.

America said – aircraft will continue to go ahead

In a statement issued by the US military, it was told that their aircraft was flying legally on a routine mission over the South China Sea. In fact, China has always been claiming this area as its territory and it does not desist from following the entry of any country's aircraft in that area, whether the aircraft is of America or its allies.

However, in this whole incident, the pilot of the American aircraft saved both the aircraft from fighting with each other with the help of his understanding. The Indo-Pacific Command said on this development, 'The American Indo-Pacific Joint Force is committed to the free and open Indo-Pacific region. Under international law, he will continue to fly in this area for the safety of ships and aircraft. Along with this, the movement of his ship will also continue in this area.
