RCB vs LSG: The 15th match of IPL 2024 will be played between the teams of Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both the teams will face each other at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. It is not yet clear who will take command of Lucknow Super Giants in this match. Actually, the team's full-time captain KL Rahul did not captain the team in the last match and played as an impact player.

Suspense on the captain of Lucknow Super Giants

Rahul took part in net and fitness practice on Monday ahead of the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore but LSG has not revealed his role in Tuesday's match. Lucknow team used Rahul as an impact player against Punjab Kings, after which questions were raised about his fitness. The team took the field in this match under the leadership of Nicholas Puran and won the match by 21 runs.

Nicholas Puran gave this update on Rahul

Nicholas Pooran said before the match against RCB that we will see how he is doing in the net sessions and then take a decision on that basis. Rahul, opening the innings with Quinton de Kock against Punjab, scored 15 runs in nine balls. After this, the team fielded Naveen Ul Haq in his place and De Kock played the role of wicketkeeper. Rahul was seen batting during the net session but he stayed away from wicketkeeping practice. This indicates that De Kock will be responsible behind the wicket against RCB also.

Nicholas Pooran in great form

Puran, who has been in great form for the last one year, has scored 104 runs in two matches at a strike rate of 170, which also includes a half-century. He said that in the last few years I have worked hard on my batting. I am ready to take up any responsibility for the team.

Lots of praise for Mayank Yadav

Nicholas Pooran looked impressed by fast bowler Mayank Yadav. Mayank troubled the Punjab batsmen by continuously bowling the ball at a speed of around 150 kmph. During this period, he bowled the fastest ball of the current season of IPL at a speed of 155.8 kilometers per hour. He said that what Mayank did was obviously brilliant. But I think he's handled it pretty well so far. I think he wants to keep doing what he is doing (bowling some pace and taking wickets). He is looking for opportunities and has some very good people in the team to guide him.
