New Delhi: ICC T20 World CUP was organized in India this year. But due to the growing cases of Corona virus, this tournament will be held in UAE. Now this big tournament will be held from which date it has become clear. According to Ani, ICC T20 World CUP will be held in UAE from October 17. 16 teams will participate in this tournament. While the final match of this tournament will be played on November 16. However, BCCI has not officially disclosed it. Actually these tournaments will start a few days after the IPL final. The possibility of being on October 15 of the IPL final is being said.

In the first round, there will be 12 matches between 8 teams. Four of these (top two from each group) will qualify for super 12. Four out of eight team (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, Namibia, Oman, Papua New Guinea) will join the top eight ranking T20 teams and arrive in Super 12.

After this, 30 matches will be played in the super 12 phase. Which will start from October 24. In super 12 teams will be divided into two groups of six-six. These matches will be played in three places in UAE - Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. After this, there will be three knockouts - two semi-finals and a final.
