Bihar Elections 2025: With the Bihar Assembly elections approaching, political fervor is intensifying, and parties are making various promises to attract voters. In a significant electoral announcement, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has pledged that if his party forms the government, one member from every family in Bihar that currently lacks a government job will be provided with one.
Tejashwi Yadav also outlined a clear timeline for fulfilling this promise. He stated that a new law would be enacted within 20 days of forming the government, and the commitment would be realized within 20 months thereafter.
Criticism of BJP and NDA
Yadav criticized the incumbent government and the BJP, accusing them of copying RJD's announcements. He alleged that the BJP has failed to provide jobs over the past 20 years and has never discussed unemployment. He recalled his 2020 promise of 10 lakh jobs, which he said was met with skepticism by the then Chief Minister. Tejashwi asserted, "No family will be left without a job," emphasizing that the RJD delivers on its promises.

The RJD leader declared that a "flourishing of jobs" would come to Bihar, ensuring both social and economic justice. He also stated that Bihar would no longer be defamed.
