In the Kannauj of Uttar Pradesh, the dowry greedy groom was absconding from the pavilion on the occasion. The bride was waiting for him on the pavilion, but if the demand for 50 thousand rupees before marriage was not completed by the groom stage.The case belongs to Jagatpur village of Kannauj district, where Greesh Chandra Kathia had fixed his daughter Shivani's marriage with Devendra resident of Mainpuri district.

According to the wedding schedule, on June 16, Devendra Barat reached Jagatpur village. The father of the Dulhan had done all the arrangements according to the decision, but during Jayamal, Devendra demanded Rs 50,000 in dowry.

In spite of this, the groom demanded 50 thousand rupees during Jayamal. If the demand is not completed, the groom has left the stage and escaped. Even after a lot of exploration, no one knew.
