Nepal Airport: A Yeti Airlines ATR-72 aircraft in Nepal crashed during landing at the newly built airport in the resort town of Pokhara on Sunday, killing 72 people, including four crew members and five Indians, with 70 confirmed dead. It's over.

Daily flights run from this airport to Kathmandu, although this airport is often closed due to bad weather, rain, strong wind and other reasons.

Simikot Airport (Humla Airport)

This airport is situated at an altitude of 4,300 meters (14,100 ft). It serves as an entry point for people traveling to Dolpa district in western Nepal. This airport is not connected to the National Road Network. There is no big city or town near it due to which it is considered a dangerous airport.

Talcha Airport (Mugu Airport)

This airport located in Rara National Park in Mugu district is also considered one of the most dangerous airports in Nepal. It is situated at an altitude of 2,735 metres. Most of the time, there is snowfall at this airport due to which there is a danger of accident.

Pokhara Airport

Started on January 1, 2023, this airport is also considered one of the most dangerous airports in Nepal. One of the worst air accidents in the history of Nepal took place here on Sunday. The plane had flown from Kathmandu to Pokhara. The plane crashed just 10 seconds before landing near Pokhara. It is being told that the plane crashed between Pokhara's old domestic airport and Pokhara International Airport.

Mustang Airport

It is situated at an altitude of 2,736 meters (8,976 ft) above sea level. This airport is the gateway to Mustang district. Very strong wind blows in this whole area in the morning. Apart from this, the visibility in this airport is very less throughout the year. This airport is also known as Jomjom Airport.

Dolpa Airport

This airport located in Dolpa district of Nepal is also known as Jufal Airport. It is situated at an altitude of 2,499 meters (8,200 ft). It is also counted among the dangerous airports of Nepal.
