The government neither has any information about such infected, nor is it ready to add it to its data. Actually, thousands of people are buying Kovid Home Antigen Kit directly from the medical shop. People are doing testing at home with the kit available for Rs 250 to 325. Even if they are found infected, the information of this does not go to the government. There is no system in place to track them.The records of such buyers are not maintained even at the medical shop. If such unlisted infected keep roaming outside unhindered instead of isolation, then the infection can go to dangerous level in the state. During interrogation in medical stores, it also came to light that most of the people carrying this kit are those who have shown symptoms related to corona.
