What did the transgender activist say?

This report was released by the Chief Secretary of Bihar Government and other officials on Monday, the day of Gandhi Jayanti. However, the transgender community of the state is not happy after the release of the caste-based survey data. He has expressed his displeasure over the survey report. Transgender activist Reshma Prasad termed the report released by the Bihar government as fake and claimed that details were not taken from her during the counting process.

The transgender activist said, “According to the report, the Bihar government claims that the population of transgender people is just 825, whereas in the 2011 census our population was more than 42,000. The survey officials did not identify all the transgenders in Bihar. “No counting was done, no one asked me about my caste.”

"I have already filed the petition"

He said, "The third gender is mentioned in column no. 22, which says that the total population is only 825 and the percentage is 0.0006. This is absolutely fake. If they want to know the actual number, they should contact Patna Junction Railway Station." And should go to the toll plaza.” Reshma said, "Since they have not surveyed me, I have already filed a petition in the Patna High Court and the Supreme Court. The Bihar government has done injustice to us."

Upendra Kushwaha also made allegations

He said that transgender people bless people on auspicious occasions, but if injustice is done to them, they curse. Earlier, Rashtriya Lok Janata Dal (RLJD) President Upendra Kushwaha had also claimed that no one approached him to ask his caste and other details during the counting of votes.
