South Africa Road Accident: 21 people, including 19 school students, were killed in a road accident in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. According to the country's Emergency Medical Services, the accident happened on Saturday (September 17) afternoon when a truck tried to overtake another truck and hit a person under the age of 12 on his way home from school.
