Two people were shot dead at separate places in Patna within the last twenty-four hours.


Within the initial incident, 2 criminals killed Jitendra Kumar Singh (55), AN autorickshaw driver, at Parsa Bazar train station parking underneath constant station house on Sunday morning. No arrests are created thus far, police same.


“Two criminals wired a bullet in his head and at large from the spot,” police said.

novice DSP Priya Jyoti said that prima facie, land dispute seems to be the explanation for the murder.


In another incident, unidentified criminals gunned down Hindu deity Kumar Paswan (35), a cook at Ambedkar hostel underneath Bahadurpur station house on Saturday night. His body was sent to NMCH for AN autopsy.


SHO of Bahdurpur police station Sanowar Khan said, “The explanation for the murder is uncertain.

The deceased’s brother Robin Kumar has lodged a case with Bahadurpur police station against unidentified criminals,” he added.
