The United Arab Emirates stated it was hosting Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and his own circle of relatives on “humanitarian grounds" following their break out from Kabul on Sunday, news agency Associated Press reported.


Ashraf Ghani fled Afghanistan on Sunday because the Taliban closed in on Kabul earlier than the Islamist insurgents walked into the Afghan capital unopposed.


Earlier, Tajikistan did now no longer permit Former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani's flight to land withinside the united states and Ghani needed to go away for Oman. Earlier reviews cited that Ghani had left for Tajikistan following the Taliban's seize of Kabul.
