The miscreants opened fire with firearms in which four people were injured. After the incident, the injured were taken to the district hospital. From where everyone was referred to Varanasi.

It is alleged that even after giving a complaint to the police, no action was taken. There is a temple of Deeh Baba in Masida village of Sikrara police station area of ​​Jaunpur. Where the women of the village go to worship. At the same time, Mukesh Yadav, a resident of the village, alleges that 25-30 people from another village come here to drink ganja.

They smoke ganja here after parking their car. On protesting they also molest women and girls. For which a complaint was also made to the police in the past, but if no action was taken, then the people of the village started ignoring it.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday morning, some women of the village had gone to the place of Dih Baba to worship, who came back and accused him of indecently drinking ganja and refusing to do so. After this, at 9 in the morning, many people of the village reached to protest, which made the ganja drinkers exasperated. They were about 25 in number.

It is alleged that during this time some started firing bullets from the pistol. Due to this, one bullet hit the village resident Mukesh Yadav (21) next to the eye, while Vikas Yadav (28) got a bullet in the leg. Similarly, Pramod Yadav (28) was hit by one bullet each in the abdomen and below the waist.

At the same time, Ramnarayan alias Raman Yadav (65), who lives next to the temple, also got a bullet in the leg. People informed the police about the incident. After this, after being delayed, he reached the district hospital in his own car, from where everyone was referred to Varanasi.
