Jaipur: After Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot was sacked from the post and as the Congress state chief, his loyalist Mukesh Bhakar has also been dropped as the state youth Congress chief.

Congress cracked a whip on Sachin Pilot's loyalist Mukesh Bhaskar, the MLA from Ladnun, Nagaur, and removed him as Rajasthan youth party chief.

Mukesh Bhakar had on Monday hit out at the Rajasthan chief minister and said that "loyalty in Congress means Ashok Gehlot's slavery".

"This is not acceptable to us," Bhakar had said.

Congress MLA Ganesh Ghogra will now be taking over as the Rajasthan Youth Congress chief.

Along with Sachin Pilot, two other Rajasthan ministers who had joined the Pilot camp were dropped from the cabinet.

The decision to sack the rebel leader was announced by Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjeawal on Tuesday after Sachin Pilot skipped a second meeting of the Rajasthan MLAs.

After Sachin Pilot was removed as the state party chief, the Congress appointed Govind Singh Dotasra as the Rajasthan PCC Chief.
