Born on 6 August 2002, Nilanshi first registered a name in the Guinness Book in November 2018. During an event in Italy, her hair was five feet seven inches in length, breaking the record of an Argentine teenager at the time.

After this, Nilanshi's name was again recorded in the Guinness Book with an increased length of 6 feet 3 inches in September 2019. When Nilanshi was 6 years old, she got her hair cut for the last time.

But now after 12 years, Nilanshi has got her hair cut for a very noble cause. Nilanshi said that she is sending her long hair cut from 6 feet to a museum in USA. She is donating her children to children battling cancer.

He said that I am doing this so that people, after getting inspiration from me for this great cause, come forward and donate their hair to children suffering from cancer. Nilanshi said that her mother is also going to donate her hair by donating her hair.
