Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has announced the deaths of two Janata Dal (Secular) workers in Sunday's serial blasts in Sri Lanka, saying External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj had confirmed they were among the hundreds killed. Kumaraswamy said he was "deeply shocked," and that he had personally known the two men, KG Hanumantharayappa and M Rangappa. There has been no claim of responsibility yet.
