Car Accident: 7 people burnt alive in the car after an accident on Churu Salasar State Highway in Rajasthan. The speeding car of a family returning after visiting Salasar Balaji rammed into a truck, after the collision both the vehicles caught fire. The deceased family was a resident of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

According to the police, the accident took place at a distance of 200 meters after climbing Ashirwad Pulia at Fatehpur in Sikar at 2:30 pm on Sunday. Those who died include Neelam Goyal (55) wife Mukesh Goyal, Ashutosh Goyal (35) son Mukesh Goyal resident of Sharda Road Meerut, Manju Bindal (58) wife Narendra Bindal, Hardik Bindal (37) son Narendra, Swati Bindal (32) wife Hardik, Diksha (7) daughter Hardik and Diksha's 4 year old sister. There was a gas kit in the car and the truck was filled with medical cotton.

Fatehpur Kotwali SHO Subhash Bijarania said that after receiving information about the accident, fire brigade vehicles were called from Fatehpur, Ramgarh and Laxmangarh. The fire in the car was brought under control in about half an hour. The fire in the truck was brought under control around 4 pm. On receiving information about the accident, SDM Damayanti Kanwar, DSP Rampratap Bishnoi, Fatehpur Sadar SHO Muneshi Meena also reached the spot.

Eyewitness said- the car riders were shouting for help

Eyewitness Ramniwas Saini said- It was around 2:30 in the afternoon. I was going to the service center near the culvert to get my pickup car serviced. Was passing over the culvert. Then the car coming from behind tried to overtake the truck passing by me. During this time the car collided with the truck.

I parked my car on the side. Immediately ran towards the car. Two people sitting behind were also pleading for help. The fire in the gas kit tank installed at the back of the vehicle intensified. After this I informed the police.

The deceased were identified from the mobile phone found in the car.

On the condition of anonymity, a young man present at the spot said that while taking out the dead body from the vehicle, a mobile phone was found burnt. First the dead bodies were taken out and taken to the mortuary of Government Dhanuka Sub District Hospital, then he took out the SIM card from the burnt mobile and inserted it in his mobile. As soon as the SIM was inserted in the mobile, a call came.

A woman's voice came from the front. She told that she is calling from RK Puram, Delhi Road, Meerut. He has called his mother. His mother and brother were returning after visiting Salasar Balaji in a Centro car.
